Wedding Cakes

Huhuhu.....rasa rindu plak rasa dah lama x jenguk rumah ni... kan pa hidup ku agak klangkabut wat sminggu dua ni... mcam2 bena kna buat tambahan kna gi kursus lai, balik dah mlm, kana nik komuter plak tu... dah le kna bediri dah tu rasa lmbat je cam kekura..... nak kena wat 'homewok' lai, next week dah kena hantar... dah tu melayan wedding n cc tuk my nice nye wedding, n hantaran dia lai.... uuuuuu penat ooooo....
tapi x pa ... suka buat benda2 ni smua... so smua stress hilang...
meh layan kek n cc nye... black n white thame... guna steam butter icing je... snag kit keja.  Daun paku tu sbno nye x d rancang.... coz berlebih time buat hantaran so letak le d situ.... tu dpt free tu, toke bunga yg bgi... tq nyonya, suka berurus niaga dgn dia...

Hantaran Blue Theme

Actually last week fondant project is for this cup cakes…. but the flowers don’t  come out well and I decide not to use it… (but I still used my own fondant leafs n that alphabets) ….. thanks’ God n tq Noor coz helping me to find the blue fondant roses… moral of the story……I’ve to sharpen my skill in making this kind of flowers….

Blue Birthday Cake

This blue birthday cake ordered by Noor frm Putrajaya for her sis b’day…… 800gm pandan flavor with chocolate rice n fondant flowers… actually it should be icing flowers but got some pbrlm, my icing n color ‘can’t get along’ n I short of my blue color, so no choice … what ever u have guna je le… tu pun thanks’ God I managed get that flowers.   Thanks’ Noor for d oder….. n happy birthday to ur sis…

1st time work with fondant

1st time i read how to make roses from fondant it’s sound easy….. so why don’t i try ….. blum cuba blum tau kan????  I ada gak terbaca one person said she liked to use home made fondant rather then instant one coz easy to manage…..
Yg i guna ni instant fondant…agak lembik sikit so kena le tambah gula icing …. tak pa at least dah jadi pun…. actually at 1st place i nak guna butter icing flowers but the costumer still want the fondant…. gi cari x jumpa color yg dia nak (turquoise blue) …. so i decided to try it out …. ok gak bleh mengasah skill yg ada …. (tq bonda coz telah mengajar ku membuat bunga2 dr kertas dulu2…masa tu time skolah lagi guna ‘kertas jagung’)
Ni le percubaan yg telah dibuat…. my kid said… mama ni mcm main tanah liat la plak….
I asked my hubby this time x de comment ke???? Nk coment pa, kata dia… saje je tunggu dia nak kata pa plak kali, tapi x de pa2 koment… that’s mean ok le tu pd dia………….  potong guna pisau je le...  main terap2 je tulisan ni...
tunggu ia kering je lagi dlm 4 hari ni….. kite tunggu hasil nye bila d hias d atas cc nnti…
